Redesigning? / Things I like

I wanted to think of a creative way to say 'Hi everyone' but I couldn't, so I'll just get straight to the point.
Should I redesign my blog? 
My current blog design is really cute, but I've had it almost all year. I think I'm ready for a change, what do you guys think? 

(BTW: I'll try to have a DIY tutorial up by tuesday. ;)

    I never say "hello" in my posts. lol. they just happen. ;) I love your design, but a change is always awesome. :D Awesome post, and I am looking forward to that tutorial! ;)

    I think you should redesign your blog, but I like the header. Could you please put the blogs you follow back up on the side? I liked them there. ;)
